SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time – Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Salty Mermaid cannot guarantee receipt by Buyer of the Product in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of the control of Salty Mermaid. Please bear in mind that Salty Mermaid is only provided with an estimated delivery date from its carriers.

All shipments are insured for the value of the Product. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, Buyer has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided by Salty Mermaid.

If Buyer wishes to correct information which has been provided to Salty Mermaid with respect to the fulfillment of an order, Buyer may contact Salty Mermaid via e-mail at customerservice@saltymermaid.com. If such order is in process, Buyer may need to return the package upon receipt and place a new order with Salty Mermaid containing the correct information.

PO Boxes

Salty Mermaid does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO boxes.

Signatures are required for orders whose value exceeds $1,000.

Salty Mermaid typically ships via USPS and Fedex. Buyer will receive a tracking email when the Product ships. If Buyer does not receive a tracking number, please email our mermaids at customerservice@saltymermaid.com.

Warranty Policy:

Warranty. Salty Mermaid warrants that the Product sold will be new and, unless specified otherwise, will conform to any affirmation of fact or description provided for the Product by Salty Mermaid. THE PRECEDING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SALTY MERMAID WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT SOLD. OTHER THAN THE PRECEDING, SALTY MERMAID DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL SALTY MERMAID BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BUYER’S PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT. SALTY MERMAID’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL BUYER’S CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR WARRANTY, SHALL NOT EXCEED AND SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER TO SALTY MERMAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Salty Mermaid products may become discolored due to tanning/bronzing lotions, tinted moisturizers, oils, harsh chemicals and minerals, and chlorine; Salty Mermaid shall not be liable for any discoloration resulting from the use of such products, or otherwise. Further, Salty Mermaid products are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time.
