RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for ordering from Salty Mermaid. If you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in its expected condition please contact customer service immediately.
Except as otherwise provided, Salty Mermaid has a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Salty Mermaid reserves the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period: (2) not in the original, undamaged packaging; (3) worn; (4) altered; (5)washed; (6)or damaged in any way. Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and do not remove protective slip. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return, including hygienic liner. Products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned to Buyer.
Returns: $3.99 fee per order (not item) will be deducted from refund value
Exchanges: $0 fee per order (exchange)
Sale items that are more than 30% off or marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Salty Mermaid is unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
Buyer must make all claims to shipping carrier for packages lost or damaged in transit. Salty Mermaid is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside its control such as weather. Salty Mermaid does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Salty Mermaid reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Salty Mermaid’s sole discretion.
Salty Mermaid will send Buyer an email when Buyer’s return package is received at the Salty Mermaid facility. Please note, returns may take between 3-10 business days to process upon reaching the Salty Mermaid facility. Once the return is processed and the refund to Buyer is issued, Buyer will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on the credit card account of Buyer depending on the financial institution of Buyer. Salty Mermaid will refund Buyer through the same method Buyer used to pay, and email Buyer once complete.
HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?
Please complete the Exchange/Return form with your purchase information from https://saltymermaid.happyreturns.com. You will receive a return label via email and apply to the box and return addressed to our attention (return labels will need to be printed at home, and are not supplied). If you have any questions or need assistance please email our mermaids at: email@example.com.
If you are processing an Exchange, we will send your new piece/s out upon receipt of items, and email you a new tracking number. Please note our team will only hold the requested new size/style for 10 business days (upon receipt of the request), if the original item is not returned within 10 business days of your request the new size/style for exchange will be returned back into stock.
DO I NEED TO RETURN ALL GOODS RECEIVED?
If you are exchanging or returning, you only need to return the Product you wish to exchange.
International orders are Final Sale.
Any claim, dispute or controversy between you and Salty Mermaid arising from or in way related to your use of our website or Buyer’s purchase or use of our products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law. The exclusive venue for any action involving you and Salty Mermaid shall be the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
YOU AND SALTY MERMAID HEREBY WAIVE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL WITH REGARD TO ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND SALTY MERMAID.
