  • Bust – Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest (no bra needed, merbabe).
  • Waist – Find the narrowest point of your natural waistline.
  • High Hip – Measure at the top of your hip bone, just below the waist. 
  • Bottom – Measure around the fullest part of your hips and booty.
